Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position at the level of Fitness even though she being completely unprepared. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. This is accomplished by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, as well as the second heavier weight day.
